Exante or other VLCDs

Hi. Just started Exante yesterday. Wondered if anyone else is doing it, or other VLCDs.

I did Lighter Life a few years ago, so I knew about the difficult first days / keto flu. Got a stinking headache today, and yesterday afternoon.

I have a lot to lose & feeling really ashamed. Just hoping I can stick to this & reach goal weight. Though it will take longer than 12 weeks - so I need to think whether I should do it all in one go. That's what I'd prefer.
