It's a brand new month, (January lasted forever), so it might be a good time to refresh motivation and set some new little goals.
For me, I have a habit of having a glass of orange juice every morning with my pills. I'm going to make a change and switch this to a glass of water, and I'll get some actual oranges instead. I like to cut the orange into quarters and be an orange vampire.
