Little treats to enjoy whilst being healthier

This is the first time I had tried it. I have been known in the past to eat an entire tub of Ben and Jerry's to myself. Cookie dough or Half baked were among my favourites. I fancied a little ice cream today, so I got the birthday cake flavour halo top, and the cookie dough flavour.

Even though it's supposed to be 320 calories for the entire tub or something, I just spooned a little out into a kiddy size bowl.

It was pretty nice and I enjoyed it. What little treats do you enjoy whilst staying on the healthier side?

Really good quality dark chocolate - you can eat two squares and it's 100 calories - not the whole bar. Who knew?? Wink

A 2 finger kitkat with a cup of tea. The kitkat is 106 calories I think. I have one a couple of evenings a week, and build it in to my calorie allowance for those days. Yummm.

Godiva 72% dark chocolate. I was always a dairy milk girl (cue eating huge bar!), but gradually worked my way to darker chocolate and the Godiva is my absolute favourite. It's chocolatey enough that I just need a few squares, but no bitterness like most of the other brands I have tried.
