Thank you so much everyone for all the lovely good wishes. I'm very touched but still have a long way to go. I am very pleased and really hope I can continue as I think the excess weight is affecting my health. [Joints in particular.]
I'd like to say welcome to @MotherOfDragonite. Sorry but it's so long since I was feeding that I can't remember the best way to handle weight loss. No snacking maybe, eggs for breakfast to help keep you full for longer? Don't worry you will definitely feel amongst friends here, that's for sure. @cricketmum84 is doing a great job of keeping us all going.
@Somesortofzilla good luck tomorrow. Know that we are all wishing you well. Glad that you had a good weekend and not letting stbexh mess things up for you.

Morning all, thanks for the new thread @cricketmum84. Well done @recklessgran.
Slightly up this morning but on reflection my dinner was too big last night. DS is poorly and I’m still poorly too but on the 6.08 train in for meetings. Back to the doctors this week for both of us.

Thanks for the new thread @cricketmum84.

64.5kg this morning. No firm plan but I will be eating Thai curry and doing a circuits class.

Morning! Day 28 so we have 4 days left to make a real difference! Weight STS this morning but I'm really knuckling down for these 4 days and getting my focus right.

Plan for today is:
B - alpro yoghurt, blackberries and 20g granola
L - mixed pepper jalfrezi with a small portion brown rice
D - mushroom orzo with lots of salad

Have a great day everyone. Very busy day ahead for me so I may not be around much!

Good luck today lovely!

I had a bad weekend diet wise but possibly managed damage control as am still maintaining. I feel like the scales will never go down!

Morning. Another drop again this morning, 15st 5lbs. ( -6lbs for January) with a bit of luck I will hit the target by Friday. Bright and dry here so I might try to fit in a walk. Not feeling in the best of places at the moment. New man has personal stuff going on and has retreated whilst he deals with it. So I'm in limbo. Only upside (?) is that it's impacting my appetite.
@Somesortofzilla, all the very best today in court. Glad to hear that you are feeling in a good place with it Flowers

Thinking of you today Somesort and sending you lots of best wishes Flowers
@JontyDoggle37 I hope you and DS feel better soon. I sent DS to school today loaded up with vitamins, calpol and strepsils. He's had a lurgy hanging over him for about a week and I'm just waiting to see how long it takes to floor him. probably just in time for the Feb holiday
Down 0.2lbs today which brings me back to the lowest I've been this month. It also means I have one pound to lose to reach my 7lbs.
Hope everyone has a good day and the snow doesn't hamper anyone too much.

Ah found it! I love this thread it really keeps me accountable. Went to a BBQ on Sunday where I ate way too much- picked at crisps etc so felt pretty bad about that. It was, however, the only meal I had that day and u avoided booze. Scales stubbornly at 70.3kg still this morning.
Had a good 16:8 day today though and also had an hour long tennis session where the coach put me through some good cardio. I'm not going to weigh till Friday. Really want to get into the sixties soon.

Thank you so much for the lovely welcome everyone.

I am aiming to lose 4 stone in total, which seems an absolutely huge amount. But, to start with, 7 lbs in February will be a great first goal.

Good idea about the eggs! I do sometimes have them, but at weekends with toast. It might work well for weekdays without the toast. To be honest I think if I just cut out unhealthy snacks at night it would help a lot too. And reduced carbs...

Thanks @MotherOfDragonite !!

Make sure you post your referral code too for some free months if anyone signs up. I've had 4 free months just from January thread so I've had my fair share now :)

@KedsAndTubeSocks haven't had chance to make it yet sorry! I'll let you know as soon as I do though :)

Okay thanks @cricketmum84 - always looking for a good recipe!
I've just realised I've been getting into a weird competitive under eating habit. It's not necessary for me. I'm going to ensure I have lunch & dinner every day. I can get slightly obsessive if I don't pay attention!

Report
Skyejuly · 28/01/2020 16:09

I'm struggling. I'm still under Cal limit but bored with food...and not losing as much weight as I hoped.
