Anyone have the Pinch of Nom cookbooks?

Are these any good? I really struggle for meal ideas and while I have lots of cookbooks I'd quite like one with the calories listed - I'm vegetarian, do either of the books have many veggie recipes?

The two chubby cubs book is much better

I have them both and they are lovely however the meals I have cooked so far from Pinch of Nom have all come from their website which aren't in the books anyway.

The flavours are incredible and you definitely cook with less crap, however Ive found the ingredients you need end up making the dish pricey, however I guess it's only the cost of first getting the different sauces, vinegars and pastes in your cupboard. They will last a few uses, but they definitely aren't ingredients I would have readily in my house

I have the latest one and will be getting the first. I really like the recipes and they are easy to adapt for the rest of the family to eat who aren't calorie counting.

@KaySam I made the Mongolian need with vegetarian replacement stuff, that was beautiful as well.

I love their recipes from the blog as well, one of my favourites is the sweet potato wedges with spicy satay sauce. Smile

Have to say I laughed my head off at the Copenhagen egg story Grin
