I have literally juat discovered the section on Mumsnet!! I'm looking forward to having a good read here. I posted on AIBU but it was probably the wrong place. Can I ask you all to recommend a good workout that I could find on YouTube? With four young children and my DH working away a lot, I find it hard to find the time to get to an aerobics class or even to get out walking. I'd love a workout that I could do at home to improve my fitness levels and tone me up a bit (or preferably a magic spell that would do that for me without having to exercise!!)
I like Heather Robertson on YouTube. She brought out a free 12 week plan last week, it’s 30-40 minutes five days a week.
I also like Body Project and some of their workouts are available on YouTube.
I've been doing workouts on a channel called Psychetruth. Some of them are only 5 or 10 minutes long, and there are longer ones too. The quick ones are ideal for mornings when I have to get ready for work and I haven't got much time. Good luck!
