(1 Post)Please link me to it if there is already a current thread like this somewhere but I did a search and can't see one...could be my incompetence though!
I have been diagnosed with a type of infertility and am having various investigations. I have been reading "it starts with an egg" and carbs/sugar seem to be a factor in egg quality. I want the eggs I do have to be the best quality they can be.
Clinic say my bmi would be eligible for ivf (27) but I would rather it was lower and in the normal range so aiming for 24.
Anyone else want to join me? I'm trying to have less bread/pasta etc as the book seems to suggest that's not a good idea.
