Anyone struggling after losing weight?

I have lost 6 stone last year . Down from a 22 to size 12. I want to lose another half stone/stone but it is difficult now. The weight loss has slowed (obviously), and sometimes the urge to overeat is overwhelming now (I think I have a food addiction that is becoming increasingly hard to control).

I think I just need a bit of support I can't get on real life. Is anyone the same?

I come and go a bit. Have you tried hypnotherapy. It's been useful. And having healthy snacks to hand helps. Otherwise it's just a case of forgiving yourself when you slip and getting back on that wagon.

Ps. That is in no way at all meant to be at all some weight boast. No way.

I lost just over four stone and am really struggling at moment.
I've been on a 3 week binge.
I'm disgusted with myself but if I don't get back to my WW class soon what's the alternative?
I'm staring into the abyss of regaining all that I have lost. Blush

I haven't tried any type of therapy. The healthy snacks idea is good. I think I try and just eat nothing when it would have healthier to do that. Yes, getting back on the wagon. I did that today.

That's the thing. Not regaining. It terrifies me because I have no clue how to eat to maintain a healthy weight. I can lose weight. But to keep off ?

Maverick- you do what you need to do. But if you really want to lose the weight you need to do it without WW or something similar.
