I'm starting today on exante vegan so just shakes and only 2 flavours but I need to do this big time. Just having my first coffee and walnut it's quite nice but does have an aftertaste.

Hi. I'm starting tomorrow. Hope your first day went ok. I'm planning on sleeping most of tomorrow figured I wont be hungry if I'm asleep 🤣

First day was fine until night. I was so hungry but I powered through. Next week is going to be so much easier when the children go back to school.
What plan are you doing?

Day 3! I hardly slept last night and I'm pretty bloody hungry but I have gone from eating non stop to three shakes. Apparently days 4 onwards it becomes easier.

I’m back on Exante today. Lost about a stone and a half last year, then took a break over Christmas. Now back on with about another stone to go. I have definitely got into the habit of snacking while bored over the break so that will be the trickiest thing I think. I’m doing 4 products a day, I struggle with 3 and a 200 cal meal, I just get too tempted once I start cooking.

I'm on day 3 doing exante vegan with only 2 options of shakes as one was unavailable. I'm also doing the Paul McKenna hypnotic gastric band. I'm feeling quite positive and looking forward to this weight getting off fast (I can't cope with 1lb a week).
Apparently onwards from day 4 this gets easier please tell me it does!

Day 4 I've had one shake so far. I'm only doing 3 shakes a day (exante vegan) but I'm adding a spoon of powdered peanut butter to the shakes (about 5g carb and 50cals) so works out the same as 4 shakes really, but it makes the 3 I'm having extra filling and very thick.

Yep. You just have to get through the first week, honestly. I've lost 2 stone on Exante and am getting straight back on it on Monday. Best of lunch.

Day 2 here. Struggling with the hunger a bit but know I just need to power through the next few days then it’ll feel a bit easier. Busy weekend ahead which will help distract me!

I'm feeling pretty much ok right now. I've followed the #vlcd on instagram which is very motivational.

Hi all. Day 3 here - of a 12 week programme. Evenings are tricky. I’m still working out what daily routine works best for me.

Evenings are hard for me too, I'm also struggling to sleep I thought I would be completely exhausted but I'm really full of energy and can't nod off. I'm still doing the hypnotic gastric band.
