Well done! I'm going to hit the gym every day (maybe even Christmas Day). I may stuff myself on Christmas Day - will see how I feel. Otherwise I am going to cut myself a tiny bit of slack since we are away on holiday but will only indulge in stuff that I really enjoy. No mindless reaching for a substandard food item just for the sake of it.
Yes, am staying strong! Will relax it a bit for Xmas as am away at PILs but will be attempting a jog every day to make up for food and gym! I’m determined to loose 2 lbs over Xmas. I’ve been ill for 3 weeks so haven’t lost anything in this time and want to get back on track.
