Wedding weight loss

Hi! So I'm horribly overweight for me atm and I have nearly 6 months until my wedding! I need to lose 1 stone 7lbs ... any tips/people in a similar boat want to spur each other on? Help I just looked in the mirror and feel awful :(
Exercise isn't really the problem I do that it's the food - I'm such a pig!
