Im sure there are some other mumsnetters out there doing weight watchers. I've decided to go and join Again tonight and wondered if there was a thread out there that would give me some support. I am determined to do it this time

Start a thread for support. I'll support you chuck. TBH I need support at the moment, I started a diet last Fri. Total meal replacement and while I've not been hungry I missed not putting something in my mouth and eating it. Ridiculas really. THere's always support there when you ask for in. Mumsnet it is great for that. Good luck

I started WW online last week and lost 6lb in my first week - I can't get to meetings very easily but am getting on OK with the website.

I have now decided that i've got to do it as i am being bridesmaid next xmas for my sis. Im always stuck for what exercise to do I know swimming is good, but i can only go at night when dh can have ds and to be honest can never be bothered there is always something good on tv to watch . What else can i do with a 22mth old ds?

I've been doing ww for 10 weeks now and I've lost 13.5 Ibs - I've got 3Ibs to go to my 10% and 5Ibs to go for GOLD!!!!

I've found it OK this time round as I've done it before and not been very successfull. I'll need some support to shift the last few pounds so we can help each other if you like.

I need to get to Gold membership as my dh and I are ttc at the moment and I want the free maternity break thing they offer

Ok sweetheart we will support each other, I have just said Hi on the below link. You've done really well too, so it must work. Well, i know it does work but the last time i did it I left because the woman dared tell me I had put on 4LB I knew I hadn't been as well as I should of but 4lb . Hopefully that won't happen again, especially as I have you lovely mumsnetters for support

Hi Whimsy, I've been doing WW for 7 weeks now. I post on the 'support for longterm slimmers' thread and I've found the support to be very useful and motivating.

If your 22 month old still goes in a buggy why don't you try walking, a brisk 40 mins a day above any walking you already do would make a difference, and pushing the buggy would give you an upper body workout.

I joined WW last week. I'm an ex Slimming World girlie and needed a change. What I have discovered with WW is 'small portions' Which is Soooo much better, when you don't feel pigged out to the eyeballs after every meal. Also huge huge recommendations for their frozen desserts. Their Chocolate Brownies and Banoffee pie, are probably better than the real thing and only 2 1/2 points so how fantastic is that? Come on everyone, we can all be sleek and slinky.

I joined WW 3 weeks ago. Second weigh-in on Thursday (had a week on holiday, so missed 1st weigh-in).

Whimsy - I'm happy to chat about WW and points etc.

God for you whimsey. IFAIK the only free ponts are certain vegs, even fruit has points Which would you rather have for 1 1/2 points - a banana or 2 Squares of chocolate?? Hmmm, I know which I'd choose. There are lots of recipes for WW free point soups though. I think someone posted a few the other day.
