Morning all! And welcome to the December edition of lose 7lbs!

A huge to welcome to the newbies, long term followers and contributors and the lurkers!

I would dearly love to lose 7lbs in December but accepting that I'm probably going to relax things a little, have some chocolate or some cheese, mulled wine and stollen.

I will still be following ww and 16:8 most days. I'm also going to try stay mostly vegan with the exception of local eggs which I think should help me stay on track!

Stats are:
Dec starting weight: 18.13
Dec target weigh: 18.7
Loss for November: 3lbs
Loss for 2019: 6stone 5lbs

Happy December to all and let's get our festive groove on!

Hello December! Thanks cricket Flowers

10 st 5.75lbs today, going to attempt to keep on the straight and narrow till Christmas Eve. I might start a 30 day challenge to mitigate the final week of feasting.

Ha egg we are the same time period and weight loss. I was 76 kg early Oct now 66 kg. Exercising (turbo bike) and fasting is working for me.

Spurred on by my medical on 8th Oct my bmi was squarely in overweight category...but not any more

I've let things slip recently but I'm all fired off to restart 16:8 tomorrow. Big breakfast planned today as I have friends staying this weekend and they're off before lunch, but not planning to eat much once they've gone. I'm 10.10 but would love to get to 10.3 for Christmas, probably unrealistic though.

Morning all,
I start the month squarely on 90kg, which is exactly what I started November on. However, clothes are a lot looser, and I've got a new set of scales which were saying I was a couple of kg heavier mid month, so am hoping that accounts for what seems like no movement.
Had some bleeding, so have got an early scan next week, to see if this attempt is going the right way or if it will be another loss.
Koko, and good luck!

Good morning, all! Weight still stalling (for a week now), but I’m not eating more, so expecting a drop soon 🤞🏼

To summarise my status if we have new joiners:

December starting weight - 61.8kg
Goal - Lose more weight until pre-pregnancy clothes fit
End of pregnancy weight end of May was 85kg.

I’ll continue with 16:8, my eating window is 9am-5pm.
I’ll pause fasted HIIT in December.

@Egghead68 are you just having a bag of nuts to last you all day? Are you vegetarian, I can’t remember.

Checking in with start weight of 12.3 - 1 lb more than my November start weight but I'm not going to worry about that. Had several meals out and boozy nights in the last week so hopefully now I'm back on 16:8, I should see a shift soon.
Just doing my meal plans for the week now.

Morning all! Welcome to Day 1 of December! Does this mean I can use the C word now??? Tree is going up this afternoon once I have tidied up so I'm pretty excitable.

I treated myself to the ww veggie and vegan cookbook in the sale so have meal planned the week including leftovers for lunches and trying to shake my menus up a little to see if that gives me a little push in the right direction. Looking forward to trying Bombay potato frittata and smoky aubergine chilli!

Today is
Green tea with lemon until lunchtime
D - 3 fish roast with new potatoes, asparagus and tenderstem broccoli
May have some soya yoghurt with blueberries this evening if I'm hungry.

Have a lovely Sunday everyone!

Started the 30 day shred today - beginning to think I should have stuck with the weight loss mediation idea 🤣 But sod it, I've started so I'll finish.

@DownUdderer - yes but it is a big bag (I’m working and no breaks and then going straight to a talk in the evening so have to grab handfuls of nuts where I can). Am vegetarian. I know this isn’t healthy but it’s better that eating nothing or chocolate! Will go back to balanced meals tomorrow!

Just checking in. Great to hear about all the losses for November. I bobbled along for most of the month but in the last week I have managed to lose a couple of pounds.
December start weight : 15st 11lbs
Loss since April'19 : 3st 4lbs
Target for December: - 4lbs
This will take me to under 100kg, 50lbs lost and back to what I know I weighed at the millennium. 15st 7lbs.
Good luck everyone. X

I'd love to join in for December please - I'm
hoping to start the new year feeling a little lighter!

Current weight: 13.13
Goal weight for Jan: 13.6

I currently do Pilates twice a week, but planning to get back to the gym too. Food wise I've no particular diet in mind, but know I need to focus on portion control and not eating to bursting full every meal.

Good luck to everyone!

Can I join too please? I bagged a weight watchers deal on Black Friday and starting tomorrow with gusto. I’ve put on 2 stone this year and feel crap. Might as well try and end the year on a positive note!

Starting weight - 13 stone (sob)
