Hi, I have 2 stone to lose and want to get it off as soon as possible. VLCD always worked in the past so was wondering what people recommend? Slim fast, protein world & exante are a no no as the shakes are foul. I dont want 1 to 1 meet ups with someone which sadly rules out cambridge... lighter life maybe? Any ideas? Tia
