So I’ve been eating low carb/bsd for a while and naturally doing 16:8 but weight proving slow to get rid of. Knew about If/OMAd but actually tried this week...well I can’t beleive how easy the last 4 days have been, I’ve had massive filling meals in the evenings, incl carbs and lost 6lb so far in 4 days! I actually think I’ve found something that really works!!
Anyone doing OMAd or share success stories so far?
