Ive been drinking 1 to 2 litres of Dr Pepper a day for the past year and I can no longer pretend it hasn't been a contributing factor to weight gain .
When I first got with my partner 4 years ago I was a size 12 (I felt so huge back then and now I look back in envy), 4 years and one baby later I'm now a size 18 and feel mentally and physically crap. Today is the first day in a long time I haven't had any fizzy drinks and I already have the worst headache, I'm actually really embarrassed by it.
I'm on maternity leave with a 4 month old so don't do a lot of exercise but am planning on going out for more walks with the pushchair going forward. Do you think going for a walk a day with the pushchair and stopping drinking the fizzy drinks will make me lose weight?
Obviously I know I'll need to focus on food intake next but for a starting point, has anyone lost weight from cutting out sugary drinks alone?
