Am thinking of doing the Kellogs one as need something with clear instructions to follow.
Found losing baby weight far easier after 1st 2 dd's, after 3rd dd it just won't shift (think it's cos 3 really stress me out so reach for the wine too much!!)
Tried WW but too expensive & boring, any thoughts please

Join us on the 10/10 thread...it's not so much a diet for wweightloss, but to encourage eating more fruit and vegetable, and well, when you do that you simply can't eat as much "bad" stuff ine.
For some people simply cutting out bread can give fabulous results. BUt I suppose it depends on your usual diet...i.e. generally healthy or not...
and isn't it amazing how much 3 Kids can stress you out....everyone told me that, oh having 3 Kids is not different to having 2, and they found going from 1 to 2 the hardest...well, that one I found so easy, got my paypack with my 3. child

A new 10/10 thread with brandspanking new title is started each monday, as they are so active, they just get so long!
The basic idea is to get 10 portions of fruit and veg into yourself each day (or try anyway) and 10 minutes exercise!
Exercise wise, well, other then the past 2 days I am usually really "good" and do about 1h worth of exercise DVD...like Nell McAndres, Davinas, Tae Bo...so, I personally usually choose to do more then 10 minutes, but I generally enjoy doing exercise DVD's
Wandering, see that sort of diet never worls, because you ain't gonna stick to it, lol!
Anyway low fat/sugfar and that it works is all a myth anyway...forinstance things like aspartame actually make sugar cravings worse...so, yeah, you may not drink high cal drinks but are more likely to grab that chocoalte bar...and as for fat, essential fats are very important, and a meal higher in fat will be more satisfying and keep hunger away for longer...but of course it is important to use fats like olive oil, sunflowerseed oil, grapeseed oil...cold pressed varieties...as soon as an oil/fat is heat treated it changes it's "dna" and is bad for you...
see willpower..that is a shite idea anyway, you know...because, well, if you controoll what you eat via Willpower for the rest of your life (if you can do that) well, you will have a rather deprived life, or well, you will feel deprived.
And feeling deprived will make you want whatever more, and that is where the tug of war will start.
