Well, perhaps I enjoy it but I wish I didn't do it. I don't know why I have such an unhealthy relationship with food but I know I need to lose stones of weight and stuffing my face won't help...yet I persist.
I guess you have to face up to your feelings and your stresses and find new ways to deal with them. I’ve found that healthy eating has cut down my stress and anxiety. A bad diet full of processed foods and high in sugar can make your emotions feel out of control.
