Can someone kindly add me to the list please as I'm on my phone and can't c&p.
I lost nearly 31/2 stone following the maintenance part of bootcamp, toned up with lots of exercise, but life/health problems sabotaged me. I've only gained about 4lbs but I'm so flabby!
Hoping that by doing bootcamp and restarting an exercise programme that I'll drop the pounds and tone up again.
