Did my first day yesterday, want too bad, mid morning and the hour before dinner were the worst parts but ok. I'm at work today/Tuesday which is when I usually eat crap.

Let's do this. I'm so done with being fat. Went shopping for clothes last week, saw what I want but refused to buy. It just won't look good the size I am. I desperately need so e more autumnal clothing!

Apple and cinnamon porridge was quite tasty. (If a little sparse)
Don't have a microwave so hob cooked it! Was scraping sides of saucepan to get all my calories! Lol

So sad... 🤣

Do you still need to take a multivitamin? There are a lot of vitamins in the packets, wouldn't want to overdo it!

@Nottalotta I refuse to buy clothes this size. I'm literally wearing rags, but I can't face the humiliation of trying to find clothes that fit. So will just wait...

Tried to have a tea, but it was a bit meh. Will have lunch and an espresso.

Grrr, there's always someone who brings cakes just when you start a diet!

No rules! Make your own! Yeah, I'm doing Exante. 98 days until Christmas, would like to do 90 days, lose 3 1/2 stone. Eat and drink myself silly over Xmas (but not gain more than 1/2 a stone back) and then hop back on in the new year...

The hardest part for me is going to be alcohol... but I guess it's only three months (sob, sob, sob)

What's everyone else following?

I'm doing isa genix. Having my meal at lunchtime today, glad too as I'm starving! 2 shakes a day and a 4-600 cal meal.

I’m following slim and save. I have loads of packs and have done it off and on which I suspect is why my body is hanging onto a bit of weight. Starved one minute over fed the next. My birthday is the end of March next year and my kids would dearly love me to swim with them so that’s my goal. Weight wise I’d like to go from 16 stone (blush) to 10 or ten and a half.

Does anyone fancy sharing starting weights?

I'm happy to do that.
Yesterday morning I was 14st 5lb
5ft 7.

My initial goal is 11st. In all honesty I'll be happy with 12st by Christmas.

Just had my lunch, it was bloody lovely!!
