I am setting a goal to lose a stone in 5 weeks, I've around 4.5st to lose and in 5 weeks I've a family party to go to and want to feel good.
5ft 4" and today's weight is 14st 3lb 😖
Going to use MFP to count calories at 1400 per day and work out 4-5 times a week as kids back at school next week.
