A stone off by Halloween

Anyone fancy joining me? I would be so happy to lose a stone by Halloween.

Yes please . I'm taking the children to butlins for 7 nights over halloween and would love to be back in all my winter clothes by then. I'm going to do omad which has always worked for me in the past. I'm not doing any exercise at the moment but when the children are in school I swim a mile every day then walk the 2 miles home.

Another yes please here! We have a big holiday booked next August, by which time I have to have lost 3 stone, so a stone by Halloween would be an excellent start.
I’ve downloaded the WW app in the hope that THIS time I will have the self control to make it work for me!

Hi you two.

I promised myself that I would lose weight over the summer but failed miserably.

My start weight was 10.11 a couple of days ago when I started this thread. I've been pretty good so far.

Mine is 12.7, so you’re doing a lot better than me already. But I’ve started logging everything from today so the only way is lighter.
