Would you open a PayPal case? Weightloss supplements

Well known natural supplement weightloss company thought I would give in and buy them as I've been indecisive over the past couple of weeks. I am loosing weight on them but I'm constantly dizzy hot feeling sick. I'm guessing due to the high amount of caffeine OH tried it last night and was spaced out said he would never touch it again. Dont know whether to speak to the owner or just go straight to PayPal dont want to get in a war over it.
