Losing weight with a new baby - help please

My baby has just turned two months and I want to start losing weight. I have two stone to lose.

I'm having weetabix for breakfast and a lunch of pasta with tuna. Dinner is chicken/Turkey with veg.

I need ideas for healthy quick snacks. I don't really like fruit or yoghurt, cold food doesn't appeal to me Confused

And with the lack of sleep and time I have been snacking on chocolate for the last two months and now craving it :(

Please help with suggestions on how to make this all easier

Should I be trying any kind of diet in particular? There are so many out there so interested to hear

Are you breastfeeding?

Avocado, boiled eggs, carrot or cucumber sticks with hummus, nuts.

Keep a bar of dark choc in the fridge and just have a square and melt it on your tongue when you get a chocolate craving Smile

This was me! I lived on Cadbury's! I have joined slimming world online version (couldn't get to a class!) and doing well. My baby is 4 months now. I'm having mullerlights and snack size choc bars as they are in my syn allowance. If you freeze a mullerlight for an hour they are much nicer and filling!

What you’re eating sounds good - if you like veg instead of fruit you could have some cucumber, carrot sticks, baby tomatoes ready to snack on? Jelly is low calorie if you’re after something sweet tasting. Some excercise may speed things up a bit - quite a few places now do ‘sling fit’ classes where you can exercise with DC in a carrier or sling. I used to also do excercise DVDs while DC was sleeping, and lots of walking in the day.
