Has anyone used this book?\r\n\r\nI am on day 21. So far so good. Is definately learning new skills and learning more about myself. The only thing I\u2019m struggling with is planning my food. \r\n\r\nFor example I planed to go to pizza hut today and planned to eat one of their flatbreads but I didn\u2019t in end so ate something different. I stayed within my calorie range though.
