Hi new to this, just wondered if anyone had tried the Slim Fast shake diet and it has worked? xx
Hi, I was on here looking for anyone on slim fast!!
I've been doing it for a few weeks, albeit I will eat lunch if I feel like it (maybe on e a week if that). Also weekends don't count.... I am upping my exercise too. Friends have said I've lost weight, I haven't weighed myself and I'm too scared to yet.
I'm fine on it. I like that knowing I'm not getting a meal stops me thinking about food. I think it has helped me up my water intake too, which always helps. I'm happily carrying on with it for a while yet, I think I'll aim to move to 16:8 in due course, but for the minute, I'm happy. I have done 5:2 really successfully in the past and think it's fabulous, but I'm not prepared to starve myself in front of my kids, so it's out at the moment. They're used to seeing me have a nutribullet smoothie for breakfast, so it's not particularly unusual to them.
Have you started or just looking at your options?
Hi, I've just bought two tins and some unsweetened almond milk, it says to exercise around 30 mins a day so I'll do that aswell and snack on veg sticks and fruit, I drink quite a bit of water, I want to lose around a stone before end of September! Not sure how that will go!! x

How are getting one with slim fast?
I’ve started today. My friend is doing it and it’s working well for her so I decided to give it a go. At the moment I’m aiming to do it for a month as a kickstart for weight loss but I’ll asses at the month and might carry on.
I want to lose about 2 stone at least ideally 3 but 2 would be fantastic.
I was doing it and it’s going well but I’ve moved onto diet now which I’m finding MUCH nicer and more filling
