It's brilliant! I use it along side the hello fresh cook book to meal plan. There are some really easy quick meals in there. Enjoy it!

The Piinch Of Nom book is just a recipe book. It doesn't mention SW at all. The recipes are designed so that you can have them whilst following the SW plan, but the book doesn't have any information on how the plan works. You can find syn values for the recipes online.

The SW plan can be a bit complicated to get your head around. You can usually buy the actual diet packs from eBay/Amazon etc if you don't want to sign up directly.

it arrived and there's not much in there I don't like the look of! Treated myself to the journal as well (nothing like a fresh start) so got to plan this week's food. I'm going to be following with counting calories so I need to decide how many to stick to.
