Weekend self sabotage

I need to lose about 3 stones. I do really well during the week and lose between 2 to 3lbs. Great! And then EVERY weekend I put it all back on again! So I’m just maintaining.

I can’t even rationalise why I do it. I think there’s an element of reward in it. I enjoy a few g&ts but only drink on a weekend. Plus we normally have a takeaway. I just cannot seem to exercise any self control between Friday and Sunday!

I don’t know what I’m looking for really. Inspiration, motivation or, if it’s more effective a huge kick up the arse?!
