(3 Posts)Could it be you were running too fast? Try it at barely a plod, just slightly more joggy than walking, and do that as your first week's worth of sessions before starting officially? Also make sure it's quite flat.
You can do it! Keep trying and repeating the first run and it will get easier and then you can move on to the next ones
Can't say I'm doing couch to 5K - trying to loose weight and get back into the gym routine. Personally I am building up to 5K but in my own way. Getting my time of running 1k down and working up the stamina for 2k and so on
Week 2 of the gym complete and week 3 starts on Monday and I'm loving it more as I go - hopefully you learn to love this too as it's such a good feeling
So im just wondering, is anyone else too unfit for the couch to 5k first run?? I attempted it and there is no way I could complete it.
Anyone else? any pre couch to 5k lol??
