Lose weight during the week then gain it all back at the weekend

How can I break this cycle whilst still having a life?

Don’t know but if you crack it, write a book.

I guess, maybe don’t go mad with weekend alcohol calories, only 1-2 cheat meals and fit in at least one gym session.

have a life with no calories? drink water eat fruit and veg, go out and participate in sports? seems pretty simple really.

Have you posted this before? There was a very similar thread recently..

Anyway, if you eat at the weekend as you do in the week you will continue to lose weight.
