Sorry another weight loss thread from me 🙈. \r\n\r\nMumsnetters, how important is it I weigh myself? I\u2019m trying to lose a stone (of pure fat) and just can\u2019t bring myself to step on the scales out of pure fear of the number. \r\n\r\nI\u2019ve been eating \u2018healthy\u2019 and exercising for 3 weeks now and feel better and think I look better, but obviously don\u2019t have a clear marker for where I started or how I\u2019m doing. \r\n\r\nAny words of wisdom? Just terrified seeing a big number would make me think f### it!
