I weigh in at 12 was then meeting a friend and had planned to relax a bit for our lunch However she sadly has had a bereavement in the family and has to be with her mum tomorrow afternoon so we are meeting for breakfast instead!!!
How much damage will a cup of coffee and granola or some such breakfast thing make to my weigh in ? I have been 100% on plan all week and lost 6lb on my scales.
Argh. I don’t want to just have coffee but is that what I am going to have to do?

Sorry should add Cambridge diet current total food replacement.
Oj sounds soooo good at the moment. Will it undo a weeks worth of shakes?

If you can I'd avoid juice and granola/fruit - it's lots of sugar.
Can you get eggs and avocado/tomato/spinach? If it comes with toast ask them to leave it off.
Coffee or tea.

One bad meal won’t wreck a diet. Just try not get anything too calorific. How about have your shake as normal then just have black coffee and a banana when you meet her?

Or check how many calories in the shake?dont take the shake and eat that amount ?

Scrambled eggs and tomatoes?
Black coffee

You will come out of ketosis and be starving hungry again. I wouldn't do it, or if you do - only eat total protein (meat).

I’d have a couple of eggs and some mushrooms if I were you. No toast, no juice, no granola, etc.... coffee or tea with a tiny dribble of milk, no sugar. (I have lost 50kgs - started with shakes, so I kinda get it.)

Bad use of words OP but get what you meant. Don't let your diet completely consume you though and get in the way of different aspects of life.

Good luck
