Just wondered if there were some top tips for doing this?
Does it matter which 8 hours you choose?
What do you eat within the 8 hours?
Any tips gratefully received

I try and do 11-7 so I’m not eating right before bed and don’t have to wait too long in the morning. Found it was it’s helpful mainly in stopping me snacking all night as I had cut off time after which I couldn’t eat. Had toast for breakfast then soup or something small for lunch and some sort of weight watchers dinner.

I did 14:10 a while back

I can't say it was solely responsible for my weight loss as I did it in conjunction with my work (lots of heavy lifting), healthy eating and my workouts.

I have found when I do it without the workouts that I am just less bloated. My system feels happier. I feel less sluggish and tired.

You can pick any hours, that's the beauty. You can mould it around your day.

I lost about eight pounds in a month.

Since then I’ve been eating like a pig and gained it all back so really depends on your willpower. But I did think my losses were a bit better with the fasting. Suddenly became a slow loser a couple of years ago.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I will weigh myself tomorrow so that I have a starting point.

I am so fed up with being over weight.

The thing that made the biggest difference is the last meal of the day is very low carb.

I do better on 14/10 or 15/9 with a low carb last meal, than on any variant of 16/8. 16 hours without food makes me stressed and that makes me hold onto weight round my middle.
