I'm considering starting team rh as read good reviews but then seen it is calorie counting logging with mfp. So my question is what is different than just counting calories (which I'm already doing and logging)?
The support, the videos, the app, the humour, the workouts. I think they are brilliant and I don't need to lose any weight. I'm a member because I think their message and advice is the best way to lose fat and build muscle.
