Thought I’d get the new thread started today with a view to starting a new month with a fresh mindset. 31 days to get through and do our best with (or at least a decent stab!)

Thanks! I love the Linda McCartney sausages too.

I must try the Linda McCartney sausages au pair is vegetarian but doesn't really like meat substitutes

Then that’s another person your sausages will be safe from happier😉 To be honest I’ve no idea what’s in them, all I know is with some bbq sauce they make a cracking sambo! I’m zonked, quite sore & stiff from Monday and I’ve also done an hours brisk walk, plus school run. Just over 11,000 steps, I’ll get the other 4,000 here and there. I’m feeling like I could eat today, I haven’t quite hit my macros but I’ve 300 left and that’s including my beige dinner. I’ll have to chose wisely so I don’t go mad

I've just got home I can't see my fitting any exercise in (again) 😡 I'm worried if I stop I'll lose my mojo but I need to cook dinner and then dh will be home and I can't exercise after eating anything either. Bah.

My run with my friend got put back to 6.30 & I debated going for short gym session but I'm hungry so headed home & going to eat something light like scrambled egg & toast hopefully I won't regret it when out running

Wreck I prefer to exercise on an empty stomach but my gym doesn't open before work & I don't always want to run alone either

Going to try blue zero sugar monster now too

No run, a big heart to heart instead - think I'll do home heroes tonight instead or else a YouTube workout, need to do something!!

Got my remaining steps walking around a shopping centre. Hit steps/cals/protein/fibre. I’ve managed 8 days on 1700, no crisps, only a little chocolate, no alcohol. Must be a record for me!

I've only just got 4000 steps BlushGrin that's what all day stat training does to you seven hours sitting on your bum. Under cals though.

I had 160 cals left for SHITE pack of walkers baked & 4 milky bar buttons(those new ones with white outside & milk centres & vice versa), yes you read that right, sealed rest of pack & put them in a high press.

Wotcha

Thanks not.

I prefer LM sausages.

Probably went over cals yesterday but not by much. Missed macros for the day but ok for the week.

Well done happier. I'd have eaten the whole pack.

Weight down this morning. Will try not to put it back on and get some exercise done today. 16 weeks until we go on holiday.

wreck I usually would too but figured that's the problem so I didn't

I got my steps in by doing a Shaun T 5 min exercise video and a Leslie Sansone 1 mile video and stepping my way through an episode of Emmerdale. I just put workout video into Youtube and went with first videos that came up.

Morning all. 3.8lb lighter today than last Thursday & average nudging it’s way down too. The relief of seeing it go down is great, of course having the bank holiday looming is a concern.

Not that's amazing! You're doing so well. I'm going on an overnight spa trip tomorrow. Dinner, wine and breakfast included. There's a gym and I really want to use it but the friend I'm going with is really not into that Grin

I got the last 6k needed by stepping in my kitchen reading GoT assessment.
Great going not.

Omg - I am so unbelievably bored and am finding myself thinking about food constantly😖 I’ll go for a walk at lunchtime but I only have 30 mins so can’t go too far.

Could you check it out while she has a long bath or something like that wreck?

I'm away this weekend for possibly two nights with bf, I want to throw in exercise stuff & to be careful ish with food too, but need to balance that with us having time together too

Not drink your water & fill up that way?

Dc have swimming lessons so I'm going to do quick gym session & then join them in pool for 45 mins too

Home now and having a small bit of chocolate- v tired, hope I get a second wind as I have a guest over for dinner - thoughts of being entertaining is killing me. That’s great that you’re getting away happier, I’m sure you’ll find a balance
