I'm just looking into it and would love a chat if anyone has experience?
I used to, before and after my first pregnancy, and I fully intend on going back to it after this one too. Imo it's the most flexible, sustainable diet out there and means you can still eat out and enjoy life. Only thing I found is that I do like the accountability of reporting to a trainer or coach regularly. Myfitnesspal is your friend while eating this way too.
Hi! I started messing around on mfp with foods and quantities and it's tricky to get it right!
Plus, I went to the iifyt calc to get my macros and if I put those rough quantities into the diary it adds up to over 2100! It had given me 1750 but I thought this was my tdee. So I've missed something somewhere.
