I wanted to share a quick boost diet with you that works (providing you're strict). I've been doing this diet since Monday and I weighed 71.2KG Monday morning and I've weighed myself this morning and I weigh 69.2KG.
I've actually not found it too difficult as they say you shouldn't do it for longer than a week so I know I can be strict for a week then next week I'll start eating a healthy balanced diet again.
It's worth giving it a go if you need a quick win incentive but I do recommend a balanced diet for the long haul.
it's also known as the egg diet. high protein low carb. adds up to under 1000 calories per day. not classified as a healthy diet choice. why not take in 1000 calories of enjoyable foods that offer more variety?
