(3 Posts)I'm in a similar place, and would like to shift a stone by the end of April and another stone over the following few months. I'm going to try the Fast 800 by Michael Mosley, starting tomorrow! 800 calls for the next 2 weeks 😬
I need to loose more than a stone, but a stone would be a good start! I've done slimming world successfully in the past, I
think I'll start that again.
I’ve gained about two stone in the last 2-3 year which I know isn’t the end of the world but at 5ft 2 I am around 11 stone so it’s pretty obviously and I’m slipping into the size 12 catagory (nothing wrong with this but I’ve always been a size 8 and find myself getting very body conscious and can’t wear the things I normally wear).
What’s the best diet/advice to stick to? I want to lose weight and be healthy but I have a big event on 1st May and want to aim for a stone by then. Any meal plans / foods or something that someone knows will work? I am off work for the next two weeks so can exercise a lot too.
