How do you do it ? I know what I need to do - just eat a bit less crap drink more water etc less stodge. But I’m tired a lot (6 month old) and there’s something about a nice piece of cake that just makes my day better !! But I’m into the overweight bmi and I don’t feel good about myself . How do you

I'm motivated by small goals.

I broke my weight loss down into smaller achievements (5% of the total I want to lose, celebrating each new stone bracket or half stone loss etc).

I also did the C25K program. It takes very small steps that anyone can do (I was BMI 35 and 41 years old) and so you celebrate each weekly improvement in your fitness abilities. It then becomes achievable to run for 30 minutes non stop.
