Has anyone used a tens machine for weight loss/toning? Does it work?

No, of course it doesn't work.

Might be brutally harsh but, weight loss comes from controlling your food intake & living in a calorie deficit, toning comes from weight bearing exercise. Doing both at the same time is 'very' difficult (which is why bodybuilders go through bulking & cutting phases).

Lose the weight first, then go lift some weights.A £100 machine that does it for you, is not going to work.

OR you could do Pilates\yoga (dance or run \walk before breakfast) and cut down on caffiene containing drinks if you OD on them, plus don't mix carbs and protein at the same meal.

Oh and only eat fruit on an empty stomach! It works and will save you money!

@ragingmentalist firstly on my tens machine it has a weight loss feature
Secondly I have lost 2 stone with Slimming World and walk/treadmill about 40-50 miles a week 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'd forget the tens machine. Keep going you are doing fab. The walking and treadmill are the answer.

It is your diet that is causing the weight loss. Calorific deficit. Energy in versus out. The TENS machine is doing sweet FA
