Low calorie snack ideas - help!

Desperate for suggestions to lure me away from snacking in the evening on cereal bars and rich tea biscuits? (These in themselves are my attempt to wean myself off chocolate).
If anyone suggests a bag of baby spinach I may cry..
Is fruit the only low cal option?

Lidl Skyr yoghurt, strawberry and vanilla ones really good.
Do you like savouries? Beef jerky, sweet and salt popcorn.

Low-fat yogurt, I like the Muller light ones! Sweet fruits like Strawberries? Popcorn, baked crisps? Low fat Ice Cream? The Breyers I’ve cream is lovely, especially the caramel cake one Grin

Protein based stuff works for me - Skyr yogurt with agave nectar (like honey) with a sprinkling of fruit and nuts is a favourite. Have chopped fruit ready in the fridge. Maybe you could make your own Nakd bars (recipes online) although for me I have to limit any snacks in the house (regardless of how healthy they are) otherwise I’ll binge on them.

I second Skyr yogurt (Aldi has a cheap one).
carrots with humus dip
berries
dark chocolate (the darker, the better)
oat cakes

Babybel, tomato, cucumber and carrots sticks
Low cal yoghurt
10cal jelly pots
Fruit
Hoummous and veg sticks
Popcorn

Or if you enjoy snacking, try and have a smaller meal in the day to save calories for the evening

These are great, thank you!
Savoury is ok but have a very sweet tooth. The stuff I'm eating now would be ok if I just had one a night, but I need more! A 10 cal jelly sounds the bomb Smile

These are great! Have had popcorn tonight but spoiled it with some wine Blush Friday necessities.

Sweet tooth. So, take the small pack of chocolate buttons mentioned above, melt them in microwave for 45 seconds or so with just a few drops of black coffee, stir then dip a whole punnet of room temperature strawberries in the goo one by one and enjoy.

I tend to have a mixture of fruit, nuts and dark chocolate. I started at 70% cocoa and have worked my way up to 85%. The higher cocoa ones taste bitter if you aren't used to them. I also like the Nairns biscuits which are healthier than ordinary biscuits - my favourites are the coconut and chia seed ones. What works best for me is to make up a bowl of my snacks for the evening so I can control my portions. If I have the packet next to me I'll keep helping myself.

Recently discovered.

One m and s mini pavlova nest (18 calories)
Half tablespoon Greek yoghurt
One or two raspberries
Drop of raspberry sauce.

Think it comes to fewer than 40 calories. Absolutely delicious.

And I triple the above for a breakfast.

Pink and whites are great for a sweet snack. Even better when microwaved for 10 seconds so the marshmallow goes all gooey

Love these suggestions. Am definitely going to try the chocolate porridge SmileBaby gherkins, olives and raspberries is my current go to in the day. If you can 'afford' the calories a v small stick of cheese (20g) or a hard boiled egg or 2 can be even better as they won't spike your hunger later in the way that carby/sugary things will. Saying that, my evening post dinner treat is a fun size packet of maltesers. 99 calories, and I have with a cup of tea so they sort of melt in my mouth, I savour the taste and then once the tea is over it signifies an end to eating for the day.

That's what I really need, just to have a cut off point I don't eat after. And to stick to it!
