Has anyone done a soup diet with any success?
Eating only soup for 10-14 days.
I’m not talking about The Cabbage Soup Diet or anything but just a variety of soups.
I do realise this is not a sustainable diet and more of a drop a dress size for XYZ event type thing but really want to drop a few lbs for a trip soon.
