Can anyone recommend a natural appetite suppressant? I'm trying to lose weight but my problem is. I'm very greedy. If food is sitting infront of me I eat it, if I'm bored I eat, I'm always thinking about the next meal. I have breakfast around 7.30 and by 10.30 I need lunch!
