For my weight to lose weight I should be eating approx 200g of protein a day... How the heck does anyone manage this short of eating a whole chicken three times a day?
On Monday I had salmon and eggs for breakfast, pork for lunch and chicken for dinner and still managed only half what I'm supposed to!
