Well dp and i are booking a holiday last minute at the beginning of September. 2 weeks in the sun for the middle of that month.
Since he stopped smoking 3 years ago he has developed a BIG Belly - which is getting smaller and i've just become lazy and let myself balloon to a 16 (actually i've gone down a size since last year)..but i need to lose more..
So here is my Diary..i've done SW before but do not have the time to attend the classes so i'm just going to see what happens at home......wish me luck...
Okay so last night i was on a night shift (i am a hotel head receptionist and was training the night manager/porters)
Just got up and had
2 slices of wholemeal bread, 3 slices of crispy bacon, mushrooms and a tiny scraping of utterly butterly.
Cup of tea, semi milk and sweetners and 1 peach...
Dinner will be Herb and Garlic Lamb Steaks with Roast Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Red Peppers and courgettes.
with a glass of Red (may as well be honest as i know i have a bottle open..)
