Hi is anyone doing Chloe Madeley's Fat Loss Blitz? I've just started the sedentary plan and would love to hear how other people are getting on.
Yes me. I’ve just started week 2 and feel awful. I’m hoping it’s the sugar detox I’m obviously going through, but I haven’t got the energy to do the exercise. I just want to sleep.
I got the book and it's been sat in the drawer whilst I umm and ahhh wether to do that or another vlcd (again).
Getting fatter while I procrastinate.
I did the first book last Jan, lasted 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds and never managed to get back on it.
Hey! I just bought the book after doing the 4 week blitz last year. It worked well for me but I wanted something more sustainable as not eating carbs for 5 days & training is too challenging in my opinion! In this one there are 3 plans suitable for every level - I'm doing the gym plan. On the diet you do a 5 day no carb, 2 days high carb, however after you've lifted weights you can eat carbs! this is great news for me the other two plans are also good - on the sedentary or beginners plan you just have set meals & snacks all with carbs, so a good intro to the diet. The first week is tough - weeing constantly and food not filling you up - but it all evens out and you get good losses. For me it works because when Im counting calories I'll squeeze in cereal bars or toast etc and then easily fall off the wagon at weekends. But with clearer guidance and no stress around counting its easier. Also with the fat loss blitz you can eat cheese! god send!
