Has anyone actually lost weight by following the slim fast 3.2.1? If so how quick did you get results and stuff? I'm struggling so bad to loose this weight and need something to kick start my weight loss

I did this for about 3 months or so. Lost 1 stone (but it was the last one so the hardest to lose). I don't snack so combined my snacks with shakes. Also drank coffee with sweetener and milk unlimited and lots of sugar free drinks.

Breakfast- shake, and a piece of fruit or hb egg
Lunch- shake, and a piece of fruit or few slices of ham
Dinner- small portion of family dinner (like spaghetti bolognese) or a ready meal

I've never used the slim fast snacks but find that when I'm stressed I don't eat during the day and then eat lots when the kids are in bed, so the shakes helped regulate my blood sugar. I used slimming world to lose the bulk of it, but found my weight loss slowed down.

I lost 3 lbs or so the first couple of weeks, and did have a day off each week

I e just started doing the 3, 2, 1 last week. I think if you are already quite overweight from eating lots of calories OR you're very active, it will work.

If you're like me, not overweight, already only have 1200-1500 calories a day but don't exercise, it won't really work.

If you already eat lots of calories then it will help you to learn to cut down. You just need to be careful with that "normal" meal you can have each day
