Weight loss dvd

Hello!

Looking for some help choosing an exercise dvd. I’m looking for something quick, and was tempted by joe wicks lean in 15.

Does anyone have it? I don’t want something with sit ups or push ups - not my cup of tea!!

Any advice welcome - I’m a total overweight begginer!

Check YouTube. There’s loads to choose from and if you don’t like that particular video you can choose another. I think popsugar is very popular. And no money wasted 😊
