Hello,
I'm looking at joining a local crossfit gym as the weights appeal to me. Does anyone else do crossfit and can share any information?
I'd be hoping to lose a couple of stone to help me get back to my running club. (Couldn't currently run a mile despite having previously done half marathons ). Ultimately, I'd hope crossfit would benefit my running in the long term.
