I’m doing level 1 and struggling to not ‘cheat’ and have a few seconds rest. Especially circuit 1. I want to lose about 1 stone but more importantly get to a normal level of fitness where I can enjoy my life without huffing and puffing. Right now all the bits of my wobbly body where the muscles should be are screaming. It gets better though, right?
